Logitek Audio Meters Now Support 96K Sample Rates
New York, NY, AES Booth 1019 -- Logitek Electronic Systems,Inc. has updated its audio meter line with support for 96kHz sampling rates in its Super-VU and Ultra-VU meter displays.
Logitek offers more than 50 meter configurations for all types of audio monitoring applications. Models include analog (mechanical) meters; the Bright-VU series, used for confidence metering; the Tru-VU series, which offers VU plus peak in an attractive curved display; the Super-VU series, which offers higher resolution along with a choice of operating modes; and the Ultra-VU series, which offers the highest resolution with several different operating modes. All Logitek meters use digital signal processing for precision metering that conforms to international ballistics standards. The company has announced availability of 96K sample rate support in all Logitek Super-VU and Ultra-VU models, including units packaged for Surround monitoring; other meters with digital inputs (Bright-VU and Tru-VU) do not currently support 96kHz sampling rates but are available with sampling rates up to 48kHz.
