| LV 57SER60 MPEG DECODER UNIT Cypress, CA.... Leader Instruments Corporation introduces a new MPEG card option for our LV 5700A Multi-SDI Monitor. This new option allows engineering and operations professionals to monitor waveform, vector, picture and audio of a selected program within a MPEG transport stream. MPEG Transport Stream Input Option For The LV 5700A Multi-SDI Monitor LV 57SER60 MPEG Decoder Unit During NAB 2005 we are introducing another exciting and useful option for the LV 5700A Multi SDI Monitor; our new MPEG decoder unit (LV 57SER60). This new option allows you to input MPEG transport streams (DVB-ASI) to the LV 5700A (up to 60 Mbits). The card will decode the selected program and will pass the baseband video to the LV 5700A; in this manner, video professionals can monitor key parameters of the MPEG transport stream as well as monitor and measure the baseband video and view waveform, vector, picture and audio analysis screens. MPEG transport stream parameter monitoring includes PAT, PMT, CAT, PCR and PID error monitoring and error measurements per ETSI ETR-290. Program selection utilities are available and the selected program is decoded and baseband video waveform, vector, status and audio displays (AAC and AC3 decode) are shown for detailed baseband analysis of the decoded MPEG stream. |
