The Fujitsu IP-9500 is the industry’s first encoding solution to enable the simultaneous transmission of H.264 AVC encoded content in both 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 formats within the same content stream, allowing broadcasters to efficiently and cost-effectively utilize either format based on their existing infrastructure. The IP-9500 also integrates a cutting-edge process for maintaining non-degraded 4:2:0 chroma resolution to preserve video fidelity throughout the entire communications link. • The IP-9400 cost-efficient HD/SD 4:2:0 encoder specifically designed for electronic news gathering (ENG) and satellite news gathering (SNG) operations. • The IP-900 HD/SD (AVC) 4:2:0 encoder/decoder based on robust FEC/ARQ technology and built for low-cost acquisition and content exchange using less-than-perfect, bandwidth restricted IP networks.
