Ensemble Designs Provides Easy Transition to Digital Infrastructure for Broadcasters
Grass Valley, CA – Ensemble Designs announced today that it will introduce its Four Channel Analog to Digital Video Converters and Embedders ( Avenue 5360 & 5365
). Additionally, 27 other product announcements will be highlighted at booth #N4023 at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) convention held April 20-24 in Las Vegas.
With so many broadcasters and video facilities still dealing with analog signals, the Avenue 5360 and 5365 offer a convenient way to convert four channels of analog video and audio to four streams of SD SDI with embedded audio. This is a perfect solution for satellite installations that need to feed a large number of analog signals from IRDs into a monitor wall. Use these modules with routers, switchers, remote trucks or any application that requires many channels of high quality video and conversion. The optional TBC allows for ingest of noisy or unstable sources.
“So many facilities we work with still have analog sources with analog audio too,” said Mondae Hott, Director of Sales at Ensemble Designs. “Engineers need a simple way to convert both analog video and a couple channels of audio to SDI for monitoring and ingest.”
Other products on display include new Avenue HD/SD/3G electrical and optical converters, HD/SD/3G distribution amplifiers, and an HD video protection switch used for critical feeds in satellite and broadcast.
