Analog Way Announces New Company Structure

Atlanta, USA – June 8, 2004 – Analog Way , a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative image converters, has announced a new company structure.

The entity remains Analog Way, but the number of shareholders has increased. Paul Schoukroun -VP Sales & Marketing, Ludovic Mellot – VP Sales North America and David Desbordes – VP Sales Asia Pacific, are now shareholders of Analog Way.

Pierre Berthet, former President and co-founder of the company, now Executive Strategic Marketing Director, will be focusing on product innovation. “I am really happy Analog Way has been through these 15 years of innovation without a scratch! Focusing on the development of Analog Way brought me a solid experience and today I can say I am eager to concentrate on product development. Honestly, my knowledge of the market and its main actors put me in a strong position to definitely move forward on the road of innovation”.

Marc Loret, co-founder and former Vice President of the company is now filling the position of President. “As President, I will focus more on strengthening of the global organization and further develop what made Analog Way successful: innovation driven by market demand. There is still a lot to be done and to bring to the market, and I have the intention to be there when and where it is needed”.

Newcomer in 2003, Paul Schoukroun will also play an important role in the growth of this new structure. Named VP Sales & Marketing, Schoukroun comes from the High Tech Electronic Industry and has already given a new impulse to Analog Way. "Marc asked me to join to fuel AW growth with aggressive sales strategy along with innovative marketing activity. Accelerated new product introduction along with better communication and customer training are part of this plan" says Schoukroun. An extensive network of dealers and distributors in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific will be key elements to the success of this plan.

Ludovic Mellot, VP Sales North America and David Desbordes, VP Sales Asia Pacific will also play a significant role in the organization and further development of the entity. They both have been part of the company for several years and have considerably developed the presence of Analog Way around the globe and will implement locally Analog Way sales strategy.
