da Vinci Names Bob Caniglia Eastern North American Sales Manager |

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. -- May 9, 2005 -- da Vinci Systems today announced the
appointment of Bob Caniglia as Eastern North American sales manager.
Responsible for all of the company's sales efforts in the eastern United
States and Canada, Caniglia brings extensive experience and success in
sales and support throughout the continent to his new role with da Vinci.
"Bob's combination of manufacturing sales knowledge and hands-on
post-production experience is the foundation for a successful career in the
region," said Peter Glassberg, da Vinci's vice president of sales and
service. "The newest releases of Resolve®, Revival™, and the
industry-leading 2K Plus™ provide Bob with the tools he needs to continue
the growth in the region first established by Tony Fox, who now leads our
product management and marketing activities."
Prior to his appointment at da Vinci, Caniglia held a series of sales and
support positions with Snell & Wilcox, Quantel, and Zaxcom. He started his
career more than 20 years ago as an editor at Disney Channel and 525 Post
Production in Hollywood.
