Shotoku Broadcast Systems is an international leader in the manufacture and marketing of a full range of camera support products with emphasis on pedestals and pan/tilt heads for all studio applications. Established in 1941 as an engineering design firm specializing in unique machines, Shotoku is always a step ahead of the rapidly evolving broadcast industry. Products and services range from professional outside broadcast, EFP and HD tripods, to multi-stage pedestals, fluid heads with full pan/tilt capabilities, to a complete line of virtual reality equipment including encoders, serial interfaces, fluid heads and pedestals.
Shotoku has been developing television pedestal and cam head technologies since 1953. The Company remains an industry leader in Japan, maintaining four factories throughout the country, and operates US headquarters from a facility in Irvine, CA.
